Kagura inadvertently knocks over the tent that the others had prepared and gets tears in her eyes because she was feeling guilty. This surprises and confuses Tomo.
Yukari and Nyamo wear their old school uniforms, and it is revealed that when they went to high school, it was an all-girls' school.
Osaka finally gets to compete in the bread-eating race, but comes in last because she had such a hard time picking out a flavour.
Sakaki takes the lead in the relay, making it look like Class 3 is going to win, but Nyamo passes Yukari after the baton is handed over to her.
After a history of winning the athletic festival, Class 3 gets in last place.
