Tadahisa Saizen (西前忠久 Saizen Tadahisa), born 25 September 1964 in Osaka, is the Japanese voice actor of the Turtle Scooping Shopkeeper from ep. 14 of the Azumanga Daioh anime. He has also appeared in Naruto and Naruto Shippuden, InuYasha, Kaleido Star, and The Prince of Tennis, as well as some video games. He is a certified junior and senior high school art teacher.
