Kira Vincent-Davis, born July 9, 1979, in Houston, Texas, is the English voice actor of Osaka in the Azumanga Daioh anime. She worked for ADV Films and Funimation Entertainment and is known for her anime dub voices, including Air Gear, D.N.Angel, Fairy Tail, Kaleido Star, One Piece, Fruits Basket, and Princess Tutu. She is able to change her voice in many different ways. Her role as Osaka was what made her famous, together with her role in Elfen Lied. She has also voiced industrial narration and e-learning projects.
