Michael "Mike" Yantosca is an English voice actor in the Azumanga Daioh anime and a freelance writer who has also written the English script of the TV series. He lives in Houston, Texas, and has worked for A. D. Vision as a script writer for such other animes as Full Metal Panic, Magical Shopping Arcade Abenobashi, and Princess Tutu. He makes guest appearances in ep. 10, ep. 14, and ep. 16. He graduated from Rice University with a bachelor of arts in computer science and linguistics in 2001 and was a summer intern on Rice University's Dr. Java project in the same year. He has a writing and editing business called Yantosca Creative Services.
