Mitsuki Saiga (斎賀 みつきSaiga Mitsuki), born June 12, 1973, in Saitama, is the voice actor of Kagura in the Azumanga Web Daioh short. She works at Ken Production. Saiga has appeared in such anime as Bleach, D.Gray-man, Fullmetal Alchemist, Genshiken, Black Butler, Ouran High School Host Club, Pokémon, Shaman King, InuYasha, and Shugo Chara!. She also voices Garnet in the Japanese dub of Steven Universe. She is known for voicing young men or boyish women due to her deep voice. She is also a singer. Her blood type is AB, and she is 168 cm tall. She likes reading, singing, and tennis.
