Mizuki Saitou (斉藤 瑞樹 Saitō Mizuki), born in Tokyo, is the Japanese voice actor of the Old Man Selling Sweet Chestnuts from ep. 5 of the Azumanga Daioh anime. He previously worked for Production Baobab and currently works for Office Watt. He has also appeared in Naruto and Hikaru no Go.
